Is there some trick to actually getting any info on any of these patreon games? I've never really bothered with it but it looks like patreon straight up blocks posts about the game unless you're actually paying the person making stuff. Which is, uh, kinda bad if you're trying to find out if it's worth it.

 

Oh and games like parasite in the city are... rare. Good spritework takes money, but some use simpler means - otherwise there's just not a lot of money in these games to cover that kind of expense.

 

If you want something VERY similar to PiC then I recommend Anthophobia. Good gameplay and spritework. It was released a while ago but sourjelly set up a patreon to expand on the game. https://www.patreon.com/Sourjelly

Lust Doll is pretty good, and he is currently developing another game called Rainy Skies which is also pretty good. He changed the direction of it where you play as a custom character instead of Mable in Rainy Skies. As such it will probably have a different plot, but it's combat is way better than its predecessor (Lustdoll). Lustdoll honestly was more of a choose your own adventure kind of game though and it is still getting update to expand it which is amazing.

Great list! I keep trying to find more games with a female protagonist on tfgames.site but they don´t have a gender filter on their site for some reason so searching can be quite tiresome ?
