Modding Questions

Hey all.

 

I'm basically just starting out. I'd like to start doing a few modifications to several files, and importing some others. I've been trying to find a good tutorial to describe how to:

1. import stuff from Oblivion

2. import other files and form them to a certain Skyrim body

3. what programs are used, and what the specific details of each area.

4.. which are absolutley necessary.

 

What got me started is there are a lot of forgotten armors from Oblivion that I loved, plus I love the armors that Endiness is creating from sites like Renderosity. Ive found great tutorials for specific programs, but I have not founds a "begining overview of modding for the dumb". Can anyone give me a quick point in the right direction?
