Conversion Request TS4 to TS3

Hey, I'm just curious if anyone would be able/willing to convert a mod from TS4 to TS3. This is the mod. It's an underwear mod for men, women, boys, and girls. I really like the styles and would like to be able to use them in TS3.

 

I'll completely understand if no one wants to do this, but I figured I'd ask anyway.
