Hey Ark not sure of anything specific but Riven has tattoo flash sheets in png format. There might be something in there you could use. Even though it's on FONV nexus it's in png format so you can use it for anything if you find something you like. There's a pretty sick half sleeve that my NV character uses. Not sure if you might be interested in this too but there's a set of "down there hair" styles on Skyrim nexus and one of them shapes is in the form of a Baphomet (inverted star w/ goats head). Those are also in png format. Here's the link for that if you want to check that out too:
