[Request] Dragonborn Dialog for College of Winterhold

Basically I just want the dialog option stating your character is the Dragonborn for entering the College of Winterhold to be picked once you've completed The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller instead of waiting until you meet Parthurnaax more specifically the quest Elder Knowledge. If anyone could do this, that'd be most appreciated.
