SOS how do I actually completely totally uninstall?

I uninstalled SOS in favor of SAM. I removed through MCM, saved, quit, uninstalled SOS, reloaded, and saved again. When I reload this save I have both underwear and penis. On a specific character I actually have underwear and a completely black penis like textures arent loading, that one had Leito schlongs. SOS is still in MCM although completely optionless and SOS RaceMenu options are still in RaceMenu. So my question is, how do I actually uninstall SOS?

Sounds to me like you might still have some body meshes left in your game folder! Now it really depends on what mod manager you use or if you use one at all! But if you, do there is a possibility of another mod still having some body meshes installed in your game. I think "Better Male Face" might have some optional body meshes for SOS.

On the other hand I would also recommend using "savetool" to removing any scripts associated with the mod before removing said mod from the plug in list!

You can do that by opening savetool selecting the desired save file by using the option "open", when you selected the save file you should see the picture of the save! Then go to the "Mod Editor" option, then select the "Delete Selected Mods Forms" and "Delete Selected Mods Scripts"!
I also use the "Reset Havoc" option after that! It seems to help scripts form going bananas after removing a mod, but it's your choice.

And I would not recommend removing any mods with .esm plug ins while in the middle of a play-threw in the future! That's just asking for trouble.
