Agony sexlab defeat style mod

So agony unrated is out and that got me thinking, what if there were a mod in the style of sexlab defeat that added a whole nother level to game over as a martyr or demon? Even fucking others whom your avatar forced to surrender? I know UE4 is moddable but if yall could post some helpful tools/ someone more technical can give input maybe they'll get something spicy made xd
