problem please help

so i have this problem with the ashen race

 

 

those textures apear only with the ashen and only in the exterior and i have no clue on what is cousing them

p.s. the ashen is with enchanced caracter edit meshes+textures and also pretty face meshes and textures, the body textures unp HD normal maps and shaved textures

p.s.s. just reinstalled the entire game and the problem persists
