How to make mod animation sexlab?

I don't know anything program.How should I start? and What is program make mod animation!!!

Yes,I need to know create a mod that use SexLab animations  and  create new SexLab animations ,I think create same SLAL NibblesAnims 4.9 or billyy's slal animation
