How do I get a picture inside my own bilboard?Is there any video tutorial?

Use Sims4Studio.

If you have another BillBoard, just find it, and duplicate it (Sims4Studio allows you do duplicate an existing object, and handles all the new IDs for you.)

When you have it, find all the nodes that are textures, export them, edit them (GIMP or Photoshop or another graphical tool), then reimport them.

Save your package and you are done.

youtube is full of tutorials . Check this one and do it same way.
