Sad illnesses mod

Hi there!
I would like to exist a very sad mod about illnesses and death due to illnesses.
Sims isn't a sad game, but during years we have seen a lot of sad mods, that make the game more realistic.
Something like cancer, maybe with another name  if is too  much, that can random arrive in sims from teen to elder and be curable or not, would be interesting for the gamers that love sad and realistic.
A good Idea is in ths topic, i think this boy had a perfect idea

• aids: frequent illnesses/infections; only available with wicked whims, chance to contract from having sex with npcs without using condoms (not cureable, 60% of dying before old age)
