Bluetangclan76 Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 Sorry I am new to this, I usually just click the auto download on Nexus, activate and call it a day. I tried loading Sexlab light as it seems to be a base of things. I downloaded it, had to get a 7z program from the store. Got it to my desktop. The instructions say to simply install it. What am I installing? There are no .exe's when I try to import the file to my NMM it wants a specific file, not the folder. Is there a step by step somewhere? I open the sexlab file and get a data file. I open that and get about a dozen more files. I would have posted this on the sexlab thread itself but its the general how to load it into NMM that is the issue.
Bluetangclan76 Posted October 24, 2018 Author Posted October 24, 2018 Saw that video. Its years out of date apparently. When I add from a file on Nexus mod( the big green cross) after downloading the mod all I get is more files and the option to open that file all the way to the bottom of the file. It doesnt let me pick a program or something to run or add like it shows in the video. I downloaded a couple different mods and they all do the same. Extract to a file(or create) which has its own series of files, none of which are loadable in NMM.
crplivion Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 im no expert....i mainly use mo. but have used nmm for fallout 4 mods. unles im missing something iv have never needed to unzip a mod for mo. or nmm. mod managers usualy unzip the rar files when you install mod. so try to have nexus mod manager install the unzipped mod. ok, just checked sexlab specaul light download. the file you download looks to be a link to download elsewhere.copy n paste in search bar. that will bring you direct to download the mod. if it reqiures a password. there should be a second line of letters and numbers to copy n paste in the password slot. than simply download the mod and guide nexus manager to that mod and install

Bluetangclan76 Posted October 25, 2018 Author Posted October 25, 2018 Alright figured that part out now. Now I have to figure this stupid sky ui crap. I despise it and am trying to find a way to run without it. Its so slow I could use the normal skyrim ui and be done before skyUI even comes on screen.
