Help with Reqtificator error when converting Requiem to SSE

Hey,

 

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I haven't been able to find much about it except an unsolved question on Reddit.

 

I followed Raziara's conversion guide for 2.02 to SSE and everything worked perfectly, except for running reqtificator. 

 

When running, I get to the point where I can hit "Patch" and it will run through until throwing the following error:

 

java.lang.Exception: This patcher requires the following mods, please add them to your load order:
Requiem.esp

 

Requiem is in the load order in Mod Organizer 2.  When trying to check the log, the Overview log file is blank. I've attached an image of the error below, and an image of my MO2 load order

 

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Were you ever able to fix this? This is exactly what I'm having trouble with in 3.4.
