Touched By Dibella High Heel Feet model Help

I'm trying to do some conversions from CBBE SE to TBD SE but I've noticed that the seam for the TBD feet is quite different to the CBBE SE feet. What I'm trying to do is make the TBD feet into a high heel model.

Does anyone have any idea on how to convert  CBBE high heel foot to TBD?

Or how to morph TBD foot to fit the high heel shoes, in 3DS max or something?
