Help to port face preset from Oldrim to SE

HI!

 

I'm an author of the mod Gorgy Mature Look for Skyrim - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77527

Back in the days I've managed to port this face preset to Skyrim SE, even made save file for SE ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2118 ) and it seemed to work, but then it stoped. It just crashes at start. Now I'm trying to port it again but nothing helps. I'm loosing last hope!

I'm not very good with modding, but I just can't play Skyrim SE without this character.

 

And now I'm asking you for help and port this char to SE for me.
