[REQUEST] [SEARCH] Looking for NPC mod that doesn't CTD my game

I want a mod that adds more npcs to the cities and world as a whole. I've tried the "populated series" and "interesting npcs" but they stop my game from loading when I change locations. (OBIS works as does random encounters)

First of all about your CTDs klick my profile and read my reply in an other post about CDTs.

Second forget the random encounters NPCs mods, cause out there are many mods with permanent NPCs like:

Inconsequential NPCs https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36334

Interesting NPCs https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8429

Immersive Wenches https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51189

Legendary Cities - Tes Arena - Skyrim Frontier Fortress https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47989

Expanded Towns and Cities https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13608

Qaxe's Questorium https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/75451

and many more.

If you want that the female NPCs inside those mods look great check the Optional Files inside

Babes of Skyrim (Vanilla Replacer) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34935

and Botox for Skyrim https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/89635

Interesting NPCs is a mod that can be extremely hard on a computer. It is often cited as causing CTDs, especially since it does not play nice at all with other mods. And once you install it, it will likely ruin any progress on saves and you will have to backtrack to before it was installed if you need to uninstall it.

NPCs in general are one of the most taxing things in Skyrim and stacking them up in your game will hurt FPS and cause a lot of instability. I wish it wasn't so because I would love to load up Skyrim with more mods than Witcher 3... Sadly it is just asking for CTDs and other issues.

I'm trying this one right now: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/94047

It only adds NPCs to indoor areas so it isn't as much strain, and they do not use any script heavy interactions.

The good news is, in like 10-15 years I bet there are some major hacks that let you drastically increase memory availability in Skyrim LE to bypass the hardcoded limitations of the 32bit exe... Or maybe they will strip the shitty CC out of SE so people can start modding that more without all the ridiculous SKSE updates.
