MCM not working

So I Downloaded the requirements for Slaverun as we know its Aroused, Sex Lab framework Devious Devices blah blah blah. When I was playing and trying to install them in the game I couldn't find them in the MCM menu. They just aren't there I see Slaverun and a couple other mods I;ve used but not the LoversLab ones outside of Slaverun. does anyone know where I might have gone wrong and where I can fix this.
