Vampire Feeding animation problem

When I try to feed none of the animations work. I just sit in place until the feeding noises stops. 

It's still counted as a feeding so I feel like it's the animation itself. The only animation mod I have is Expressive Facial Animation. 

 

I remember this being a problem on oldrim but I never figured it out. Any help would be appreciated.
