Mod that improves NPC faces but doesn't overwrite bodies? Want to use pregnancy compatible bodies without ugly faces

So, I've scoured the internet, and my google-fu has failed me.  I love mods like the Bijin series or The Ordinary Women, but they all override the bodies as well as faces.  Problem with this is the only body I've been able to get to work with Beeing Female (pregnancy mod) is UNP TBBP (which also has pubic hair, which I like).  The bodies that come with the Bijin/TOW mods have neither bounce nor bellies that can grow.  I tried a little experimenting to see if I could delete some files out of Bijin to get just the re-shape, but while it did seem to give the right face, it also turned their skin blue.

 

So I'm wondering if there's a mod that will only change the faces while also allowing me to use whatever body replacer I want?  Thanks for reading!

Bodyslide is the answer to your problems, not a face-improving mod. If you want whole body physics for you and NPCs (pregnancy scaling included) go with UUNP and there's a preset for normal UNP if you like how it looks. Pubic hair and stuff are customizable, many skin textures offer different variations, it doesn't have to do with the body.  An easy solution to start would be "All-in-One UUNP Animated Pussy". To also get Bijin NPCs to use UUNP and have physics, use Bijin Family Bodyslide.

 

Now I know it's to a lot to suddenly delve in, so carefully read every description, on every file and their requirements.

 

Now for the solution which I definitely wouldn't suggest, in case you just want to stick with UNP for some reason, is check out Botox for Skyrim. Again, though, it's a huge mod so tread carefully.
