Sitting/iddle animations player only ?

Hi there !

 

1) All is in the title , is it possible to make a mod like https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22351?tab=posts

work with unique player or just placing the animations manualy in Fallout 4\Data\meshes\Actors\character\Animations\Player folder?

2) Is there any female iddle animations in here other than those we can find on the nexus?
