Textures for CHSBHC and CBBE are essentially the same with only minor differences at the hips, meaning they are compatible on either body mesh. Check the files listed http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13377 there should be different options for you choose from : CBBE or CBBEv2

Thanks for the reply. But I've used that one before, but the texture on the hips is messed up.

Okay so I d'ld the textures and tested them personally and got some errors on the hips too. So I took the v2 and v3 textures and combined them so that there's no visible gaps.(If you look really close, you'll see minor discoloring depending on your body textures). Check attachment for file and I hope its to your liking
