New to Skyrim looking for advice for ideal mod mix

I know this is a very opinion based question so allow me to expl... ok, I typed it out and deleted it 3 times now, long story short, I twice had a dream life and twice everything shattered and broke me; I have never recovered from the second time... ok, so I am trying to create an illusion of living again without the risks of real life for a while as I continue therapy with a goal of fixing myself enough to build a real world social life. I have Skyrim SE which I never played and from my LL enhanced Sims 3 & 4 and Fallout 4 seeing the recent development of the romance and family planning being implemented to use AAF and how advanced the system is... well it got me wondering since Fallout and Skyrim are so similar, does a system with nearly as much relationship focus exist in Skyrim? Yeah, I want the visceral of the sex system but the relationship depth is highly appealing and I generally prefer Medieval/Renaissance fantasy to Sci-fi. If there is a very similar system implemented in Skyrim could anyone be kind enough to share a mod list/load order which does not include Futanari or Furry mods? No offence intended to those who like either of the two, no judgement, it just isn't among my preferences, but I would be a hypocrite to judge, I am male but play women, straight, bi and lesbian women. I could spend quite a while looking around for mods, sifting through them for the gems, and developing a working load order. I am asking because I'm pretty sure there are a few people with similar preferences who have been playing Skyrim for long enough to have well balanced load orders.
