ninedollars Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 Hello, for the past 2 hours I have been trying to get AAF to run. I scavenged the AAF wiki and found the white text on screen stays if it fails to boot. I turned off all the esp except for aaf and looks menu, and it still shows the same frozen white text. if it helps the top white text is loading:FF_equipmentSetData.xml or something like that. I tried starting a new game also and reinstalling f4se and aaf. I am following "Complete guide + Load order for AAF + AAFPE + AAFRSE". I'm literally lost as how to fix this. Any help is appreciated thanks.

ninedollars Posted October 2, 2018 Author Posted October 2, 2018 i definitely have that installed. Right now I am switching from nmm to mo2 since i just read on aaf wiki nmm tends to have problems.. Edit: so using mod organizer did the job. I ran aaf by itself and it gave errors about not having animations installed but that is an obvious fix. This is the furthest i have gone, and i assume it works now. where before i installed aaf by itself with nmm and got the same white text. I assume the error itself was due to nmm and using mo2 fixed the white text problem.
