Edit a NPC career/job?

As the title says, is there any mod/tool to edit a NPC job without actually playing him/her?

 

For example, Vlad Straud: the game chooses a job for him, and he ends up selling food on the streets or any other job on low ranks. I imagine that guy on the top of politics or business career. Or not having a job at all.

 

Or if you replace a townie, let's say, Bella Goth, I'd like the "new" Bella to be also a spy without playing her and choosing manually the spy career for her.

The MC command center has an option to manipulate sims' career. Maybe not to change it but at least you can promote them to a higher lvl.

This is still not a full list, and some roles might require additional skills not mentioned above. If there is no cheats, it means that you only need to put in unplayed and unemployed sims in town, and they will be automatically assigned to fill these roles.

this mod from twistedmexi enables a clickable sim interaction menu option I think it's called "cheat sim info". You can choose the career for a sim there, I usually do this. The sim will still need to have the required skills for the job. If they do not, they will show as unemployed the next time you enter live mode from the world menu or play in another lot.
