TS2 T&A position WW

Back in TS2 (T&A I believe), I remember having Swan Teens and Gvaudoin start a floor 69, then invite my male sim into a 3P doggy something-or-other.

I don't even know wth to call this exactly.

I was hoping someone animated this scene in TS4 WW, and if so, point the way. Or at least help identifying the position.
