Issue with first person view

So... I've got this weird issue in first person. The camera is low to the ground (though that my be to the elevation difference of the place I am compared to the place the camera shows me), I can't change the direction I'm facing (though the compass does move), and while I can move, the directional keys are wonky: left moves me back, right moves me forward, ect. I would be fine simply playing in third person, as I am able to move around normally in that view, but I can't interact with anything unless I go into first person, and when I do, the game shows my view a fair bit away from where I actually am (in the screenshot below, I'm actually standing just in front of Heljarchen Hall in third person, but as you can see, my view is further back and to the side in first person). It seems the game is registering where I actually am (for instance, if I attempt to walk forward into a wall in third person, naturally my character can't, and when I switch to first person, despite apparently not being anywhere the wall, I still can't walk forward) it just doesn't show it in first person. I tried seeing if switching to freecam and back would fix it but it doesn't.

 

I would like to note that I don't have any first person mods installed nor did I previously and this problem occurs across characters. I did have to recently reinstall all of my mods, but I genuinely don't thing that's the issue here. Regardless, here's my load order:

I'd really like to know what's going on, and at the very least fix not being able to interact with stuff in third person.
