Creating Standalone follower w/ custom head and body mesh

Hey all,

 

I'm looking for a tutorial, or a guide, or any set of tea leaves to extrapolate from, a way to create a custom standalone follower which uses Citrus Head and MaxCBBE. ( I get that I'm the author of neither of these, this character is expressly for me and my narcissism. ) If it is possible to have all these aspects, plus some of the other mods used in my characters creation in one singular mod, without the need for addons, that'd be dope too.
