Issue with new play through - random CTDs

I just started a new play through, and am having some issues with random CTDs... I have an idea as to which mod it is, but would rather post here until it's confirmed. This is the exact same load order/mod list used on a previous save, which worked really well; high frame rate, zero CTDs, pretty rock solid through days of play doing various things in game.

 

The only uncommon denominator is Sexlab Amorous Adventures, which I converted myself, though that seems to working just fine during the scenes and animations that depend on it. I did have one random CTD during a kissing scene, but that was initiated through Sexlab Spouses Enhanced, and it only happened once.

 

My guess is I have more than one mod lending to the issue, but can't put my finger on it, as I'm not very good at identifying what is truly an issue and what is not in papyrus.

Any insight one would give would be appreciated! Hoping I don't have to reinstall all my mods to identify the issue. I understand papyrus is not the "be all end all" of issue identification, but just in case it can shed some light, it's included as well.
