Tetrodoxin mage armor mod

I am note sure if he was the one that created this, but I could have swore I have seen it posted on an Japanese mod site. I think I passed on it the first time I saw as it didn't look very nice with the ENB I was using at the time, but now I want to give it another go.

The mage outfit is from DF_T21 (https://eiheispot1.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-597.html) with tweaked textures. The hat seems to be from cassandra witch armor (retextured as well). The collar is from minibikini.

The hats from those mods look pretty much the same, didn't see the ribbon hanging on it tho, you are right. However I'd bet the collar is also in the minibikini mod, but I may be wrong again.
