CTD on fast travel after random amount of playtime

I am re-posting my comments in the SSE technical forum (was in the wrong forum before).

Load order: https://pastebin.com/vEvugEmQ

I've been getting random but constant CTDs for a few days, on fast travels. My playthrough had been working fine for a whole two days before that.

What happens: on random occasions, I will open my map and click a location and confirm my fast travel. After the screen slowly goes black to transition me to the load screen, it will crash. I never see the load screen, it just goes dark and then the sound stops and then I'm at my desktop. This doesn't happen for all fast travels, however. I would say maybe 1 out of every 20? If it crashes while fast travelling to a certain place, I can restart the game and fast travel to that same exact place, and it will load fine.

The only crash not in fast travel was when I was running around the Rift in werewolf form (probably made the game load too much).

The only mod I can think of that might be causing the crash, are the two mods I installed around the night it started happening: FNIS and RUSTIC ANIMATED POTIONS and POISONS.

----------------

After a few days of testing,

Crashes still occur but if I simply restart the game I can keep playing for maybe an hour or three before another crash. I'd still not want to have to restart a couple times every night, though. I get real anxious when I see a load screen now.

Does this sound like a memory problem? How would I fix that? INI settings? Engine fixing mod?

Another thing, I uninstalled rustic animated potions. I'm still crashing but it feels like I'm crashing less now that the mod is uninstalled, though I can't be sure this is the case and maybe it was coincidence... I would like to install it again but worry it would increase frequency of the crashing.

Would appreciate any help. I've never had crashes like these before and I would like to know if anyone has anything similar to report and if they found a fix.
