I'm struggling to make an attractive female character. What mods should I use for her face/body/skin?

Roberts Male and Type3 Sweaty Skin

depending on your skills you'll have to edit Lings pretty things with NVEdit to get custom hairstyles working on every race and get rid off the eyelashes

 

you could also look at Fallout Character Overhaul however I had conflicts with hair mods and Sexout....so I gave up but it's a nice look

download a save game from Nexus use Face exchange and go from there
