How does one create animations in FO4?

I'm putting this question in the adult section because I want to create animations with two actors...  and well adult animations contain two actors so its the best place to start, ay? 

 

I was thinking about making a two actor tennis animation to make settlements more interesting - its something I want to do/learn in my spare time so is there any tutorials to get me started?

 

I don't mind learning 3DS MAX but how would I import/export/use that in the game?
