Is a non vanilla female head mesh needed?

Sup! Reinstalling Skyrim and i was wondering if i need to install an alternative head mesh, or if its fine with vanilla?

Yep, new beefy computer, so i am putting together a proper HD    Skyrim (LE).

 

Found 3, RANs, Citrus and Pretty Face.

 

Wondering if it makes a big difference, because i'm going to install a bunch of npc overhauls and racemenu.

If it does, any recommendations between them?
