Instant Crash When Go Near Center Commonwealth

- so i play on new game, but instant crash when interact with baby shaun.
 

 

i.. dont know..

i had this problem after going to diamond city, but when i get out from the city, i get instant crash.

and crash when near the center commonwealth. not getting crash when dont go near commonwealth.

 

i didnt had this problem in the first playthrough.. 

or should i just play new game? ;/
