Bondage Furniture Reference Guide?

I have an art project going on, and I'm kinda short on ideas.  Skyrim mods include some of the best collections of BDSM models on the net, and inspiration aplenty!  You can find this stuff in-game with a bit of work and a lot of modding, but being able to bring up a picture of the type of bind you'd like to emulate is a HECK of a lot easier!  I'm especially interested in the furniture (crosses, cages, poles, etc) people have modeled and made clever uses of!  As the picture accompaniments to these mods are often lacking (and sometimes just MISSING), has anyone compiled any good visual reference guides for these bondage-focused mods?  Just collections of pictures showcasing the various poses and models included with stuff like Xaz or the many other bondage mods would be REALLY helpful! 

 

P.S.  If not, any suggestions on where else I might find largely organized compilations showing off various types of bondage furniture and/or poses, preferably in computer modeled or hand-drawn works?

 

P.P.S.  Yes, I HAVE started a similar thread before...but that was like half a year or go and got 0 responses, so I figured it couldn't hurt to give it another go.

There are exactly two mods you need if its about furniture and bondage items and that is Devious Devices and ZaZ Animation Pack V8+

ZaZ V8 which includes all furniture modells and poses and devious devices which includes all bondage items and animations for them.

 

From what you write it seems you dont use or mod skyrim yourself or why do you need a visual reference guide? Maybe its because I'm not a native speaker, but even though I understood every word you wrote I dont really get what exactly you want.

 

Do you want a catalogue with pictures of all devices and from which mod you get them or do you just want nice looking pictures with npc's sorted by devices?

A catalog type thing, though with NPCs in them so we can see how they pose.  I HAVE used these mods in the past, which is how I know about them.  I'm doing bondage-style artwork now, but simply don't have any real knowledge or experience of different poses/furniture or how to pull them off (I'm not a very visual person, and am new to artistic endeavors), and could REALLY use a reference catalog showcasing a ton of different types for practice!  Basically, I'm out of ideas and looking for inspiration, and this felt like the perfect place to look! ^^;   I remember that the mods here back in the day were chalk-full (I don't think I spelled that right...) of great ideas, but I can also see that the mod pages themselves are often woefully out of date when it comes to picture guides of what they include.  I also know that a few new updates, extensions, and animations have popped up, but have had trouble sorting through them. Anyways, deviantART has failed, Google web searches and the like haven't turned up much of use, and I'm not really sure who else to ask but Loverslab for help on this.

 

Also, I DO want to get back into modded Skyrim soon, but I'd really like to know what's changed and what's available now, so the whole screenshot reference list of the various bondage options would be helpful on that front as well. ^_^  I'm having enough trouble figuring out the basic mods what with all the new content; it'd be nice to go into the Loverslab end of things knowing what I'm in for at least.  Have they created craftable non-locking versions of all the gear and furniture yet, or fixed the issues with getting in and out of them?  I remember "Fallout 4" had pretty much given up on those last I checked, but Skyrim has been at it a LOT longer, and I've been out of touch with the game itself for several years now.  Also wondering if I should switch to SE, and if stuff is compatible with it....but those questions are for elsewhere I think.

I would say you shouldnt switch to SE though most mods seem to have been ported, but I dont see any advantage having SE besides you dont have to use ENB to bypass the RAM limit of 32bit skyrim. Since ENB is nothing negative but rather makes skyrim still look good today I dont see why I should switch just to not have to use something postive and on SE ENB is rather limited and dosent give the same options as on old skyirm.

So as said I would say switching to SE is pointless or even "stupid" (no offense to anyone that prefers it but from my point of view I dont know how else to call it) if you use ENB and as most armors etc. are still made for old Skyrim I would 100% say no, if that stuff doesnt bother you just to have the non existing advantages of not having to use a bypass for the RAM limit then just do it.

 

To the point of what changed, I dont know the examples you give dont exist since years anymore (besides for fallout 4 as its still "young"). You always had the option when equipping to "manipulate the locks" so you dont need a key in skyrim (at least as long as I remember). For poses I mean as said ZaZ animation pack is the only mod that provides a noteworthy amound of bondage furniture poses other then that there are countless posing mods that you could combine with regular devious devices.

 

I'm trying to make a catalog type thing with all furniture and poses for ZaZ V8+, but other then that I dont see what would need to be shown. Maybe all the devious devices as there are plenty I see what I can do, but it will take a few days I guess as ZaZ V8+ really has a lot of furniture and editing all those pictures is bothersome.

Well dont know if its what you wanted, but I did try to show every furniture with a character in it and sort it a bit. I also included the name and ID's so you can spawn them yourself or whoever else might need some references without looking through the massive amount of furnitures in ZaZ V8+ in the test zone. I didnt include the static cages etc. as they are rather uninteresting for you or other end users. I also didnt include all color variations of all furnitures, but I tried to cover the most.

 

If it is what you looked for I can also do all the devious devices and whatever else I can think of, but I wanted to know if this even is what you asked for before I do anything more, as it was pretty bothersome to do.

You may just be the most helpful go-getter I've ever met on the Internet. O_O  I figured someone would just point towards an already created gallery I'd missed, not make one from scratch!  THANK YOU!

 

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner; I was out of town, and I tend to stick to my PC for forum usage. ^^;  While I haven't had time to look at every picture, from what I've seen this is EXACTLY the sort of thing I've been looking for.  It will help IMMENSELY!  I hope you can do more stuff like this in the future, and I REALLY hope other folks find it for their own usage. ? You went above and beyond; thanks. ❤️

 

As for future work, if you're game for it, yeah, general bondage stuff such as pictures of tie positions (hands behind back, legs hobbled, hands in front, hogtie, etc) and some of what I remember to be VAST amounts of gear would be pretty sweet, though likely a larger project that I wouldn't wish upon you.  As for cages....well, I guess that depends on the pose the actor takes inside.  If they just stand there, it's not interesting enough to be worth bothering about really.  If they have to get on their knees or are somehow bound within or to the cage, those might be more interesting things to look at.  Again though, wouldn't want to give you any more work if you're not up for it!  I guess the main question you have to ask is this "did you have fun and/or fulfillment in this project.  If the answer is "yes", we'd love to see more! XD  Well, I'D love to see more, but I'm pretty sure a collection of helpful files like this WILL end up making the rounds eventually. ( ;

I guess the main question you have to ask is this "did you have fun and/or fulfillment in this project.  If the answer is "yes", we'd love to see more! XD  Well, I'D love to see more, but I'm pretty sure a collection of helpful files like this WILL end up making the rounds eventually.

I can do it, its no problem, but it will take more then just a few days then as for more stuff I wouldnt force it and and rather do it when I'm in the mood. As for furniture its all there already there is nothing more to show, besides same poses in other scenes.

Hogtie poses etc. are not really a lot there to show, but ZaZ V8+ still has a bunch of items that tie you up in diffrent positions indeed, other then that the devious devices are of course still there and I have a few other mods in my head that use them that might show a interesting use of those.

Maybe I'll do a blog here that I can update from time to time.

Also on tumbler you find a bunch of people that specialize in doing screenshots and they are really neat, though they dont include bondage mostly, but rather general sex poses etc. dont know if you are only looking for bondage pictures. "Yuhi" for example does some awesome screenshots.

I think a blog of some sort is a fantastic idea!  Doubt I'm the only one who'd get a kick out of these, and it will give you a place to post updates as they come. ( :  And by all means, take your time!  I know how easy it is to get burnt out on a project.

 

Thanks for the blog!  I know these things are scattered here and there, but finding them has proven a bit more difficult than it's worth for me.  Again though, I've been gone a while and was never too net-savy to begin with, so maybe there's an easier way to sort through the stuff now.

 

My main interest may lay with the BDSM stuff, but I do enjoy screenshot art (is there a word for that...I feel like there's a word for that) in most cases.  Straight up cinematic shots are gorgeous, and nicely framed and shaded shots of sexy ladies are always cool.  ?  I'm also not picky about race or body-type (aside from the hyper-huge size G and above breasts and such.....those proportions kinda creep me out).  My first character in Elder Scrolls was a Khajiit, Argonians just look so freaking cool, and curves of all sizes are beautiful in their own way!  Shame the odd body shapes and limited skin-textures make beast races shots more difficult, and not enough people appreciate the beauty of an A-cup.
