Flycam question

This has probably been answered be fore but how do you activate the Flycam?

 

Panning around doesn't get good angles for haughty animations when my character gets some sex. Kinda want to view different angles than just in the lower portion of the screen.

 

Thanks in advance for helping a noob.

 

Also, anyone how to reset the option for NPC's Shennanigans to happen in a nearby bed? I accidently clicked the option when they'll just go at it right where they stand.
