Phantom Penis issues (again)

I've already noted the issue of having a masculine bodied sim without a penis suddenly acquiring a penis during showers, skinny dipping, pissing, etc.

 

I've now just encountered a male, feminine bodied sim with a suddenly appearing penis during sex - even f/f sex animations. I've had to make a nude outfit for this sim, and then disallow auto undressing for sex animations in order to stop this from happening. 

 

Is there something I'm missing for this issue, or is this work around all I've got?

I think there is custom gender settings you can apply to specific sims if you want to keep them with a certain genitalia, I don't use these settings though so I don't know how well they work, but they are already part of WW.
