[Unity] Dev Seeks Animator/Mapper

I'm currently scouting for  a 3D animator for a hush hush game project nearing Patreon launch. Before getting into NSFW encounters, I'll need some standard cycles (Idle, Walk, Run, Crouch Walk, Crouch Idle, etc...). The game is very cartoony and stylized; so I'd like the motions to be sort of exaggerated and stylized as well. Ideally, the animator will be well versed in their principles and able to act through their character, rather than just modifying bland mocap data.  My budget is very thin right now, so compensation will be very lackluster. The post-launch rewards, however, should indeed incentivize you to continue working with us. I've been working with a modeler who would love to get some training from an experienced rigger. Other than that, we're very chill and love going over ideas for the game.

 

On a side note, I've been piecing a map together. In order for the game to remain optimal, I have to very tediously keep the map fragmented into tiny pieces. The process is very similar to RPG Maker but in 3d so I believe I may be able to interest someone to help split the laborious task.
