The idea behind this is that the Dragonborn (either male or female) will be the manager of a few girls (either unique to the mod or existing NPCs) in a competition about lesbian sex in a new arena in Skyrim. It's basically an endurance match to see who would enter a downed state after orgasming from sex a certain amount of times. The Dragonborn can train girls sexually over time to improve their endurance as well as secretly find and rape the competition to put them at a disadvantage. You will get your own private room and office and sexy secretary (to take care of you while you watch girls during their matches) and the girls will have their own little rooms to rest in.
