Hair being weird.

Hey folks,

I installed quite a lot of things, my friend told me the game was on sale so I figured, why not?

I noticed a lot of my hairstyles have an issue (picture below.) Any idea what this is or how to solve it easily?
Another question-- what are limits? Are these rules on nothing happening with family, for example? Say parental, sibling, uncle/aunt etc etc?
Also, beasts are still not added, IIRC?
