Artifact Rings

I'm not sure if someone else already has this, but I'd like some artifact rings shown here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Tamrielic_Lore to be put into Skyrim. Obviously, the rings of Namira and Hircine are already in-game. As for the rest:

Ring of Khajiiti: Muffle and Fortify Sneak (I'll leave the magnitudes up to you)

Ring of Phynaster: Resist poison, shock, and magic.

Vampiric Ring: Regenerate Health and Stamina

Warlock's Ring: Ward and fortify health

Denstagmer's Ring: Resist Fire, frost, and shock

Mentor's Ring: Fortify magicka and stamina

Ring of Surroundings: Muffle

Ring of the Wind: Fortify sneak, pickpocket, and lockpicking

Also, from Oblivion

Black Band: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Black_Band Fortify light armor, lockpicking, and resist magic 18 points each (obviously, this means for resist magic 18%)

Jewel of Rumare: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Artifacts Waterbreathing and regenerate stamina 1%

Ring of Eidolon's Edge: Fortify One-handed and block 15 points each

Weatherward Circlet (yes, it looks like the One Ring from Lord of the Rings): Resist Fire and frost 35% each

Ring of Sunfire: Ward, Resist Disease

If you just wanted to do the easiest 3, then I suggest the Weatherward Circlet, Jewel of Rumare, and Black Band. In terms of where to find them, I suppose a loot chest in Sky Haven Temple (but not belonging to anyone, including the Blades) would be fine.

Oh, and also the Ring of the Gray: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Ring_of_the_Gray#Ring_of_the_Gray Detect Life and Detect Undead 50 ft. Fortify Archery, Lockpicking, and Sneak 5 points each. Resist Poison 50%
