"TS4_RoadToFame'MOD" If you check his patreon his mod is not updated and is causing crashes for those who use his mod. I would advise that you refrain from using it until he updates it (apparently it broke with Aug 16th's patch). The same goes for his "Extreme Violence Mod". The stripper/hooker "Hoe it Up"mod seems to work fine without issues, at least none that I have encountered.

You could try doing this: "Mod works fine, it's the CAS objects and props that are making the game crash. If you only use the objects folder and the actual mod files and remove the CAS and prop folders, it still works perfectly. Things like the present boxes and camera won't show up but it'll do until a new update comes!"

Since it seems you can RUN the game it doesn't look like this would help much, however. It is worth a shot, anyway.
