Help interpreting last exception file

Hi I got this L/E, could anyone please help me solve the issue?

[!!!] Outdated Game

Your game version is outdated!

Running an outdated version of the game will almost always cause issues.
Open Origin and update The Sims 4 to version '1.45.62.1220'.

Posture Runtime Error

Possibly base game issue with Sim posture.

Sim staged posture is missing data to continue performing. For the most part, you're safe to ignore this error.

His game version is more up-to-date then what your suggesting he update too.... >.>
