If you have a ton of mods and don't know the name or the location of a specific mod, it is sometimes easier to download Sims 4 Tray Importer, create a sim with the mod you need to remove and then open the sim in the tray importer. You can then find the names and locations of the mods used by the sim in the CC tab to narrow down your search.

Hi: I read your previous post here (you downloaded any megapack) and I have one advice for you because you can await these problems again.

Ok its litle bit boring but I think best way for you is (maybe someone know better way) :

If you are sims4studio user jump over these steps.
