[SEARCH/IDEA/QUESTION] Estrus mimics + pregnancy?

So, I really like the Estrus Charus+ as well as the surprise of Estrus Mimics, and I was using Deviously Enchanted Chests for a while to sort of combine the two, but I've been looking for a version that didn't depend on  Devious Devices that included the pregnancy? If not, if someone could point me to the guides I'd need to make a patch for myself >.<
