CK will no longer edit NPC faces

Got a small problem here, my old install finally fell apart and would no longer load, so I wiped it and installed a fresh, clean install of Skyrim SE, installed the CK, added FNIS and SKSE and started installing all the mods I had in my old game. First few were alright, then I stalled more, decided I wanted to change the looks of a few NPC's in mods I have used previously with no problems, CK won't change them! I try and change eyes, nose, mouth, the image flickers but nothing changes. It's almost like the CK won't read the facegen files or something. I know my box can handle it, I have 32 Gig ram and a nVidia 1080TI, help a fellow out here? Like I said, these are mods I've used before with no problems and it's a fresh, clean install...

Ok, scratch this topic, I found the problem, it was a bad head mesh, Mods can delete if they choose...
