Ok, you need to understand a few things:

 

1. Posting your load order means a copy\paste and not a picture.  I can't show you how to rearrange things with a picture.  To learn how to get your load order just read this: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/11515-please-read-before-posting-here/

2. Oblivion (and all other Bethesda games) works off a last mod wins in cases of conflicts.  This means that your official dlc should "always" be at the top of your load order or they will overwrite all your plugins. 

3.  BOSS (better oblivion sorting software) would auto fix your load order for most things so you only have to end up moving the few it doesn't recognize.

BOSS is available here: http://code.google.com/p/better-oblivion-sorting-software/

Just run the exe version and you should be good to go.

4. You need to use OBMM to archive invalidate via BSA redirection.  Especially if you never have done so before.  This tells the game to look first at loose files and if no loose file exists then it can look in the bsa files.

Aye, I found out about that, and fixed that part, but after that, that's when BOSS, I think, started going haywire. So now I have it no longer in the program files folder. So I will get the game reinstalled, and everything reactivated and hopefully will be able to get this game up and running. And do forgive me of my rudeness earlier, aggrevation can do that to a person

And as has been said already. In Data\meshes\Charaters\_male\  must be two BBB Skeleton (skeleton.nif and skeletonbeast.nif)

And in Data\meshes\Charaters\_1stperson\ must be one BBB  first-Person-Skeleton (skeleton.nif)

And BBB kf files (the animations) in Data\meshes\Charaters\_male\   Here you must have BBB kf files!

Check your folders if everything is there.

I did that, nothing. Am I doing something wrong? I have followed everything I can to the best of my ability. I don't know if this matters, but I am playing on the lowest setting possible, and when I did the Gizmodian robe alteration by this modder, the model was going everywhich way but normal

Yes your old armor clothes  replacer will be overwritten, or if it is your first replacer the vanilla armors/clothes are no longer used.

 

!! If you use Lovers/LAPF don't let the Mod overwrite your skeletons !!! Or you have penis stretching all over the screen.
