Elf NPC skin color replacer

Hi guys I'm looking for a Mod that changes the skin color of the high elves and wood elves to nord ones. I know there are plenty for PC what  want is to replace the npc elf skin with the nord ones. i really hate the yellow bronze thing they have going. 

 

If anyone can make this, or knows how to switch the files around to have this effect i'd really appreciate it.

The Highelves and Wood Elves use the same Face/Body textures as Human Males/Femals except the Specular Maps.You have to edit the skincolor in Creationkit by hand for every NPC and dont forget to export the Headmeshes/Headtextures.

Damn I'd like a mod that does this, I hate that weird jaundice yellow.
