Yes but you will get pop up messages that you can accept or refuse to either goto another venue and meet someone for sex or they will come to your current venue and meet you for sex, you get paid automatically at the end depending on what type of sex and for how long. So its not exactly what your asking but it is a very similar experience.

im very familiar with nisa's mod, have racked up over 300k simoleons in fees xD

 

what i was kinda looking for something similar to littlemssam's social activities mod, wherein AI friends invite you to opera/concerts etc.  except here it would be a romantic relationship specifically asking for a good time.

 

one other way could be a variation of nisa's just for a booty call, requiring romantic relations, but no payment
