Ark of Truth Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 I removed a quest from my plugin because it was messing with NPC dialogue. I have deleted half of the greetings lines should by NPCs. Can someone give me detailed instructions on how to get the lines back into my plugin, if it is possible
Ark of Truth Posted October 22, 2012 Author Posted October 22, 2012 I can but it keeps duplicating instead of replacing.
Guest ThatOne Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 Go into the CS and delete your edits. That's the only way I know. In the window you select the active mod you want to work on, select your mod and click "Details..." This will give you a list of ALL that your plugin does or adds. Find the lines of the edit you want to reverse and hit del. Now, load your plugin, save. Note that it could be extremely difficult to find the correct line to delete. I personally do NOT suggest trying this in big plugins. As a side note, you can use this method to remove dirty edits from your mod.
Ark of Truth Posted October 25, 2012 Author Posted October 25, 2012 I managed to solve this by using TES4Edit. I just delete the Dialogue Topic and it went back to normal. It only shows the changes the plugin makes instead of all the information it uses.
